Day 1 — Arrival & Drive to Shimla (The Summer Capital)

Drive Time from Chandigarh: 115 km | 3–4 hours via the Himalayan Expressway

Drive Time from Delhi: 345 km | 7–8 hours via the Ambala-Chandigarh route

Receive guests at the airport or railway station. Begin the scenic uphill climb into the Shivalik hills. As you approach Shimla (2,276m), feel the sudden, refreshing drop in temperature. Check into the hotel, freshen up, and spend a relaxed evening walking on the historic Mall Road, The Ridge, Lakkar Bazaar and taking photos in front of the iconic neo-Gothic Christ Church.

Day 2 — Shimla & Kufri Sightseeing

Sightseeing: After a hearty breakfast, head out for a day trip to Kufri (15 km from Shimla), a beautiful alpine destination surrounded by dense deodar forests. Guests can enjoy panoramic mountain views, go yak riding, or visit the Himalayan Nature Park. Return to Shimla by afternoon for local sightseeing, including the grand colonial Viceregal Lodge (where historic decisions shaping modern India were signed) and a short walk up to Jakhoo Temple for a sweeping view of the town.

Day 3 — Shimla to Manali via Kullu Valley

Distance/Drive Time: 250 km | 7–8 hours.

Check out early for a spectacular, long road trip to Manali. The route winds past the scenic Beas River gorge and cuts through the beautiful valleys of Mandi and Kullu. Stop halfway at a Pandoh Dam, Maa Baglamukhi Ropeway, local Kullu shawl factory center to see traditional weavers at work and pick up authentic handloom souvenirs, River Rafting point and Paragliding point. Arrive in the vibrant resort town of Manali (2,050m) by evening and check into the hotel.

Day 4 — Rohtang Pass / Atal Tunnel / Solang Valley

Distance / Time: ~120 km | 8–9 hours sightseeing

The Route: Early morning (6 AM) depart for Rohtang Pass (3,979 m) — one of India's most scenic mountain passes with breathtaking views. Sightseeing points: Kothi village, Gulaba, Rahala Waterfall, Marhi, Beas Nalaah, Rohtang Pass, Kokksar, Atal Tunnel, Solang Valley and Zip Line.

Day 5 — Manali Local Sightseeing & Naggar Castle

Enjoy a leisurely morning exploring the cultural gems hidden inside Manali. Visit the ancient, wooden Hadimba Devi Temple, beautifully nestled inside the towering Dhungri forest, Club House, Mall Road, Tibetan Monastery and Van Vihar.

After local sightseeing drive to Naggar Castle - The castle features ornate wooden carvings, expansive inner courtyards, and charming wooden balconies that hang dramatically over the cliffside.

Drive Time to Chandigarh: 270 km | 6–7 hours via the new Kiratpur-Nerchowk Expressway

Drive Time to Delhi: 510 km | 11–12 hours

After an early breakfast, bid farewell to the snow-capped peaks. Drive down through the Kullu Valley, keeping an eye out for travelers enjoying white-water rafting on the Beas River. Move smoothly onto the national highway lanes to arrive back at your designated drop-off point in Chandigarh or Delhi for the onward journey home. Tour concludes.
