Dehnasar Lake Trekking

Dehnasar Lake is at hieght of 14000ft from the sea level. This lake is top of the mountain between Barot Valley and Kullu Valley. Made from Glacier water. This lake is most beautiful. The trek starts from Polang village in Chhota Bhangal Valley. On the way you will see beautiful Cedar forest and beautiful flowing Uhl river which is also famous as great trout fish angling spot. At Polang Village, where you can see old Himalayan Culture and houses built in old fashioned way.

Day 1 - Arrival at Barot and start journey to Barot Valley.

  • Arrive in Barot and get freshen up. After that drive to Polling village and start your trek to Dehnasar Lake via Chhota Bhangal. After 3-4 hrs of trek, reach at Gujjar Darwda. Overnight dinner and stay at Camps in Gujjar Darwda.

Day 2 - Trek to Khhabli (4-5 hrs)

  • After breakfast start trek to to Khhabli, enjoy packed lunch and get energised and start treks and enjoy the evening with an engrossing campfire followed by tea, snacks, dinner and overnight stay on the half of the trek.

Day 3 - Trek to Dehnasar lake and back to Khhabli.

  • After breakfast start trek to Dehnasar Lake
  • After sightseeing of Dehnasar Lake trek down to campsite and overnight stay.

Day 4 - Trek down from Khaabli to Polang Village and drive to Barot Valley

  • Post breakfast trek down to Polang Village and start journeyey to Barot Valley via Cab! The trek ends here.
